The rules for using Rally. Please read them carefully. By using the Service, you agree to them.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rally mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service"), provided by Rally ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rally. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Rally helps you coordinate matches with other people. Once you meet up in the real world, the experience is between you and the other player(s). We do not screen, vet, or guarantee the conduct, identity, or skill level of any user. Use common sense, meet in public spaces, and trust your instincts.
You participate in any match or activity coordinated through the Service at your own risk.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Rally a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are responsible for the content you post and represent that you have all rights necessary to share it.
Rally, including the app, website, logos, and all related materials, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.
From time to time we may offer beta or experimental features. These are provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time. They may also be less reliable than the rest of the Service.
You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if it is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rally and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) CAD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold Rally harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you through the app or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
