Terms of Use
Version 1.0- Rally is for adults 18 and over, with one real account each.
- Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive people.
- We review every report within 24 hours.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Who can use Rally
You must be at least 18 years old. You may have only one account, and the information you give us, including your birth date, must be true. Accounts that give a false age are removed.
Zero tolerance
Rally has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to post or send content that is sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, illegal, or that shows anyone other than you. You agree not to harass, threaten, scam, stalk, or impersonate anyone, on Rally or at club sessions. We remove violating content and ban the people who post it, without warning.
Reports and blocking
You can report any profile, photo, or message, and block anyone, at any time. We review reports within 24 hours and act on them, which can include removing content and banning accounts.
Photos and moderation
Photos you add are reviewed before other people can see them. Only add photos of yourself that you have the right to share.
Club sessions
Sessions are real-world activities. Take part at your own risk, follow the organizer’s instructions and the venue’s rules, and look after your own safety. Meet new people in public places.
Your content
You own what you post. You give Rally permission to store and show it to other members as the app works. When you delete your account, your profile, photos, likes, and the messages you sent are deleted. If you were reported, we keep a copy of the reported content to handle the report.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines.
No warranty
Rally is provided as is. We do not run background checks and are not responsible for how other members behave. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will show you the new version in the app and ask you to accept it.
