- Calendar information: If you choose to connect a calendar, we read availability data to find matching free time. We do not read or store the contents of your calendar events beyond what is needed to schedule matches.

- Communications: Messages you send through the app or to our support team.

- Device and usage data: Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and basic usage metrics.

5. Your Choices
- Access and update: You can review and update your profile in the app at any time.
- Calendar disconnect: You can disconnect any connected calendar from the app's settings.
- Marketing emails: You can unsubscribe using the link in any email we send.
- Account deletion: You can request account deletion by emailing info@rallyapp.ca.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion we may retain limited information for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or legal compliance.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system can be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Rally is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Rally is operated from Canada. If you use the Service from outside Canada, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in Canada and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
