Questions, problems, or a safety concern? Email support@rallyapp.ca. We reply within 2 business days, and we review safety reports within 24 hours.

Report someone

In the app, open their profile or your chat, tap •••, and choose Report. You can also long-press a photo or message. Reporting is anonymous.

Block someone

Tap ••• and choose Block. You won't see each other anywhere in Rally. Unblock in Settings › Blocked people.

Emergencies

If you're in danger, contact local emergency services first.
