Delete your account

You can delete your Rally account at any time, right in the app:

1. Open Rally and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm twice.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your account, profile, photos, likes, passes, matches, the messages you sent, and notification tokens. Reports filed about others, including copies of reported messages, are kept to protect members.

Can't open the app? Email support@rallyapp.ca from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.
